美国投资公司 KKR， 资产管理公司 Dunas Capital 以及酒店集团 Alua Hotels & Resorts 宣布达成合作协议，将收购西班牙位于地中海 Balearic（巴利阿里群岛）的连锁酒店 Intertur Hotels。交易的具体财务细节并未公布，Alua Hotels 将会在交易完成之后，负责 Intertur Hotels 的管理，并于2018年将后者纳入自己的酒店品牌组合。
Intertur Hotels 旗下共拥有五家酒店，分别为 Intertur Hotel Hawaii Mallorca & Suites Hotel，Intertur Palmanova Bay， Intertur Hotel Hawaii Ibiza， Intertur Apartamentos Miami Ibiza 和 Intertur Hotel Miami Ibiza，客房总数达到 1119间。五家酒店的位置均位于海边，以确保游客可以尽情欣赏地中海的美丽风景。

This was my first time staying here. It is okay. I will stay here again because it is convenient to the factory. Everything about it is okay... nothing better, nothing worse. They did have reasonable price foot massage at the hotel. I did not think the surrounding area offered much to do.
